Shipping Policy
We ship all orders via Australia Post.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping options and delivery times
We offer the following Australia Post services:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Remote and regional areas may take longer.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected service.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au/track.
Delivery
Australia Post may require a signature on delivery. If no one is available, your parcel may be left in a safe place or taken to your local post office for collection.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@yowwie.com.au with your order number and we will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.
International shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.
